That is the problem. We don't know who will be active and who will be inactive from time to time. Also, currently neither Guilds have enough space to gather all the actives into one Guild. Maybe when either one reaches level 2, we can decide from there to put all the actives into one Guild. This is why for now, I proposed to people getting on Raidcall for the common communication channel but apparently only very few did. Mic is not compulsory for Raidcall. It acts as both voice chat and messenger.

Update:

Once either Guild reaches level 2 and has 40 slots available, we will get all the actives into the Guild that reaches level 2 first. Then the other Guild will be for alts or a backup Guild for newcomers if the main level 2 Guild is full. The Guild system in RO2 is pretty shit. Firstly, the Guild member cap is pretty ridiculously little. Secondly, the exp to level up the Guild is ridiculously high.

Once we are done with reaching level 2 and getting all the actives in that one Guild, I will restructure the Guild officers and appoint a new Guild leader that can commit most of his time in RO2.

Also if anyone needs to contact me urgently, etc, I will be on Raidcall daily as long as my PC is turned on.
