You guys may wish to post your IGN only after you have made your character in game to prevent your IGN from being used by others. For now you could probably just list down a random nick like "reserved nick" or something to reserve your Guild slot. :)

RO2 Guild Update: The RO2 Guild is now full and it is gonna take time some time for the next expansion. 2.2 Million EXP is required for the next Guild expansion which is kinda ridiculous. We understand that many of you are still waiting for a Guild invite but unfortunately it is full at the moment. An alternate solution will be to create a second Guild but it will also take some time to earn zeny (gold) for the Guild creation. 20 zeny (gold) is required for Guild creation.
If any of you are WILLING to help contribute to speed up the creation of the second Guild, you may mail your contribution of zeny (gold) to Einzo or EinzoII in game. Once again, contribution is up to your willingness and no obligations. Thank you.

That is the problem. We don't know who will be active and who will be inactive from time to time. Also, currently neither Guilds have enough space to gather all the actives into one Guild. Maybe when either one reaches level 2, we can decide from there to put all the actives into one Guild. This is why for now, I proposed to people getting on Raidcall for the common communication channel but apparently only very few did. Mic is not compulsory for Raidcall. It acts as both voice chat and messenger.
Update:
Once either Guild reaches level 2 and has 40 slots available, we will get all the actives into the Guild that reaches level 2 first. Then the other Guild will be for alts or a backup Guild for newcomers if the main level 2 Guild is full. The Guild system in RO2 is pretty shit. Firstly, the Guild member cap is pretty ridiculously little. Secondly, the exp to level up the Guild is ridiculously high.
Once we are done with reaching level 2 and getting all the actives in that one Guild, I will restructure the Guild officers and appoint a new Guild leader that can commit most of his time in RO2.
Also if anyone needs to contact me urgently, etc, I will be on Raidcall daily as long as my PC is turned on.
