hey there, can you tell some about lvl 69 guide? these guys seems really old but now i have a clue about swordmage, thank you!

I am a newbie and I have 3 questions regarding the swordmage starter rotation that you wrote:

For Step 3: Lightning Orb, 1 Lambent Bolt, Lightning Orb follow up

1) After I use Lightning Orb follow up with Lambent Bolt, I can’t use Lightning Orb soon again, I need to wait 10 seconds for the first Lightning Orb to cool down.. This cause delay in my attack do I wait for the cooldown, or can I just jump to the next step, fire-> angelfire-> lambent bolt etc?

2) How do I reduce the cooldown time of Lightning Orb?

3) What about special skills like Nimbus Reign? Where can I put Nimbus Reign into my rotation?

1) You should be able to fit in one Lambent Bolt and then use the Lightning Orb follow up. If there is no LO follow up, you're in the wrong stance or your ping is too high to play the game properly.

Hi Mion, you mean that I can use Lightning Orb again even though it has not cooldown?

1 Lightning Orb -> 1 Lambent Bolt ->  1 Lightning Orb

The second lightning orb can be used immediately even though the first lightning orb is still halfway cooldown?

No matter how i tried i'm unable to get free activation of the 2nd lightning orb in storm/ lightning state OMG I guess my ping is too high

It seems like you are in the wrong stance. You can use Lightning Orb follow up only if you are in Lightning stance. In fact you should not need to change out of Lightning except for 100% constantly moving targets such as bees in MHT. It should be very possible to use the follow up even with high ping. I play with 200+ms constantly.
