The spreadsheet seem to be missing some parts of Einzo's update? I'm just attempting at a summary to help the new applicants get an update of all team current status so I'm sorry if it's not 100% accurate. ^^;

Update (from Einzo's Dec 3 post and other updates):

Team 5... is full team now.

Team 7... Alan is taking over Fushuai's slot.

Team 8... not sure if they are still lacking a DPS or if they are full team now.

Team 9... with Miley and Xeno, how goes? ^^; Has a static team been formed?

Team 5: Not sure on final team make up, until now.

Team 6: Recently had some reshuffling, unsure if the spreadsheet is updated to the final make up. 

Team 8: Short of DoM DPS.

Team 9: Early CoB team (starting at 6pm +8 GMT), so far only Miley and Xeno can make it at 6.

Team 10: Sooooooooon

Minimum requirement is at least Full DL (better still if you have CT gear). Some leeway can be made if you are missing one or two DL accessories for Turn 1-2. Having gryphonskin/astral/rose gold accessories + melded is as good as having DL accessories.
