We will be working together as a Free Company to save up for FC land and house. All donations, regardless of amount, will be greatly appreciated. Though, donations are not compulsory but encouraged. It will be out of your own free will and comfort. It is called FC housing for a reason, where everyone in the FC work together for the goal.

Objective: First Class Plot, Large (625m)

Note: Land plots are limited and there is a possibility that we may not have our own FC house if we drag it too long.

How to Donate
1) Moogle Mail or trade Einzo Hattori, in game. Please moogle mail/ trade the correct person.
Mode: More troublesome but donators and amount will be updated on spreadsheet.

OR

2) Deposit directly into the FC chest. FC chest can be found in Ul'Dah, Gridania and Limsa Lominsa.
Mode: Less troublesome but if too many transactions, we may miss out some records to update on spreadsheet.

Every donated amount will be deposited into the FC chest. All the funds in the FC chest will be used for housing.

All sell armor just to contribute enough to buy land, sitting around butt naked, shivering within that empty plot of land..

Newest update from the horse's (YoshiP) mouth himself:

Land will start depreciating from Jan 2014 on wards. After three months, the pricing would fall to the same pricing as listed in World Group 3 (Sargantanas/Tonberry/etc). So for example, the current pricing for the Largest, 1st class land on Masamune is now 625 million. After three months, if no FC snaps up that plot of land, the price of that plot of land would be 125 million.

The reason for the absurd pricing is to prevent all the plots of land from being bought up once servers are up (housing is on another separate server apparently). There will more plots of land added in the future but this requires time due to hardware, etc. It is estimated that 80% of the FCs in Legacy will be able to get at least a small plot of land by 3 months.

Personal housing (maybe 2.2 maybe~?) would be much more affordable than FC housing.

I guess it makes sense. Since they expect bigger FCs are able to afford bigger lots since they've got more people to band together to raise fund for the land. For a jaw dropping 625m... even though they will keep lowering it every 2 weeks.. that's still... wow.

What's the difference between fifth class and first class lot though.. the position of the lot? Better view? o.O

Adjustment on Housing Prices. Masamune being in Group C... in 2 months we will have the same pricing as non-Legacy, still 312m is quite a feat @v@;
