hey kagetsu, i know a few including myself who bought/pre-purchased the season pass so if u enjoy the game you should.

spec wise, depends on your playing style, eg. i started off with cloak as im a survivalist class thus the synergy is good and at the same time i pvp so yeah.

But once you reach a higher ego lvl, u can even spec into the other specials. my 2nd special was overcharge which i use for arkfalls mainly and i even seen people with all 4 specials. Nevertheless its best to probably concentrate on 1-2 for now.

Blur is great for melee range playstyle, boomstick to the face to drop shields then BAM knucklefist sandwich!

Decoy is what i would say a "tank" class as it takes the aggro off you and tanks dmg for quite abit.

If you cant decide then try em and respec as the higher lvl u get the more scrip it costs.

I respec-ed alot of times at early levels. Cheap, only 2k+ when I have 10k scrip. I try to stick to my build now which is almost the same as ^ although I change loadouts frequently just through one quest which is mainly the Survivalist build of an SR (Sniper Rifle. MANUAL ones would be better) with Cloak and crit stuff and the "destruction" build which consists of an Assault Rifle, Overcharge and explosive perks since my Pyrosurge has a DoT. Spam all the flame grenades! I usually change loadouts from Survivalist to an assault rifle when I am spotted and about to get swarmed.

Maybe when I have enough points, I would invest on Blur to rush towards enemies since I have this really cool shotgun which fires two grenades that sticks on the enemy and explodes after sometime, and maybe a melee to the face if that isn't enough.

I used to use Decoy with a Sniper Rifle, but my aiming is really bad, and enemies love to move alot even if they are attacking a decoy, so it isn't really effective to me. It's useful if you want the enemies back to be facing you eg, Raider Tanker, since the weak point is the fuel tank on his back. Though you have to be careful to send the decoy running in front of the enemy or they won't be fooled.

If you don't like your build just respec!
