Don't use complicated passwords during sign-up for Age of Wushu

Use simple passwords (only alphanumeric chars without !@#~$%^&*()

I used a complicated password, i could login to AoW Account, Forums and even the main Woniu member's profile.

However, LOL, the game does not accept the password saying its too complicated.

Apparently theres another guy or maybe more with the same problem, and now our Deluxe Editions are tied to this account which cannot login.

Still waiting for admin/mod/support to get back

Lol support did mention there was this problem back in CBT 1. Wait for them to reset it for you...

I had this problem during CBT1 and you ll have to change your password by yourself. Go to http://member.us.woniu.com/ then use your login/password to connect (it ll work) and then select profil and change your password (15 characters max or something like that if i remember).

Hmm that's weird. I had the same issue because i used "space" and special characters in my previous password so i wasn't able to log into the game. I also contacted the customer service and they told me to go to this page to modify my password. And it worked with me. I was able to log into this page using my login/password despite the fact that the password wasn't working for logging into the game.

I can login but i can't change password.

So after reading Manu's post i had an idea, instead of change password i clicked on the "forgot password" link on the woniu login page. And was able to reset the password by putting email address for both the "username" and "email". yay!
