Xreedom just recorded down a Turn 4 video for parties with 2 melees and 2 ranged. Will include a short and rough write up of the sequence we used to pick up targets.

Team make up: 2 Paladins, 1 Dragoon, 1 Monk, 1 Bard, 1 Black Mage, 1 Scholar, 1 White Mage.

MT: No definite distinction of MT or OT.

Phase 1: WHM use Cleric Stance+Holy the bugs. Melees+BRD do not overuse AoE, watch TP, single target after a few AoEs is fine.

Phase 2: WHM off Cleric Stance, revert to healing. All DPS focuses on Soldier until 30% of HP. Monks will find it useful to use Perfect Balance+Twin Snakes+4-5 Snap Punch. Ranged DPS (BRD+BLM) finish off Soldier, melee start on Knight. When Knight reaches 10-20% HP, melees switch to next Soldier. BRD+BLM continues on Knight. Move to Soldier when done. Feed bugs to dreadnaught ASAP. Finish off the last Knight, kill the Dreadnaught ASAP as well.

Phase 3: Everyone stand in the middle, mark both Rooks. WHM use Cleric Stance + Holy. Tanks should kite Rook to prevent pox. BRD+Melee should watch TP during AoE. Finish off both Rooks and bugs. If bugs cannot be killed in time, lure it to another side of the map which is furthest from Phase 4 dreadnaught.

Phase 4: All DPS aim Soldier first. Same procedure from Phase 2 for the killing of Soldiers and Knight. After this is done, hit the Phase 4 dreadnaught for a bit.

Phase 5: Melee aggro and LB1 Rook, finish it. BRD+BLM pick up one bug each and pull to the tank who is tanking Phase 5 Solider+Knight. Kill Phase 4 dreadnaught. Finish off Soldier+Knight according to Phase 2 rotation. After Soldier+Knight is done, lure the bugs from the BRD+BLM to the last dreadnaught from Phase 5.

Phase 6: Finish off last dreadnaught from Phase 5. SCH use Sacred Soil. All healers should start spamming AoE heals when Override is on or the whole team will die after a period of time. Pop any STR/INT/etc potions and pop Defence/CDs/Mantra.

End of Turn 4.

The main point for non-aoe DoWs is to not overuse AOE skills. TP will be a very precious source of DPS throughout T4. There will be almost no chance for a BRD to cast Army's Paeon, since the WHM will be in need of MP. The only way to replenish TP would be through Invigorate.
