Just to ask ah, if we are already elite/dex account and after the VIP expires, can we still login in for 24hrs? or do we still need to have the beta key to activate the account for access?

VIP is VIP, allowed playtime is allowed playtime. Both are different things and does not affect one another.

Elite/ Deluxe can continue to play without VIP. No time limit.
