Installation Help

Hi everyone,

I just downloaded all parts of the game and tryed to start the installation but one error occured with strange text.
I followed the instruction to put chinese in non unicode text and i got a new error when i am lauching the exe this time in chinese:

Anyone know where it come from and what i must do ?
