Just a few helpful info. On PVE shards such as Laethys, guilds are not faction locked. Therefore, Defiants and Guardians can join the guild. Don't be afraid to play either faction. We are friends here.
Shard transfers are free weekly and you can transfer from level 15 onwards.
Go to forums.riftgame.com if you need any information. The people there are very helpful and there are lots of guides.
