I managed to create an account and am currently downloading the 27Gb of the game
Just I quit now? Did you all stop playing? 

Edit: I checked on internet and everyone says the IP ban has been lifted. I will try myself and let you know
RE-Edit: Got stopped by the I-PIN registration... I've checked it out and as a foreigner, to Public I-PIN, I need to contact the Korean Immigration Office and request an Alien Registration Number... 
So no, I will not try this game now. I will wait until a not completely #$&#!@&#$ company hosts it.
