Just a suggestion, probably some of u guys don't really frequent the forums so maybe you guys can choose a common active channel to hold your discussions such as raidcall or whatsapp group whereby you can "live chat/ update/ discuss", etc and when needed to post a more detailed and longer post, you guys can make use of the forums and inform each other about it. Communication is really important.
