Character Pre-creation

Hunters can start pre-creating their characters now via the "character creation (颜值创造)" app. It allows you to create your character via the app and then upload your character and in-game-nickname (IGN) to the pre-open beta server. By doing so, you can log in the game and use that character to play when pre-open beta starts on December 17! Moreover, by creating character via this app will give you an exclusive outfit as a bonus!

Daum Games brings Black Desert Online to North America and Europe. Highly anticipated action MMORPG will launch in early 2016 as a premium service.

Amsterdam, The Netherlands â€" October 14, 2015 â€" Daum Games Europe today announced that it is working with developer Pearl Abyss to bring its successful MMORPG Black Desert Online to North America and Europe. To celebrate, Daum Games launched a teaser site, which went live at 13:37 CET.

“We are putting a lot of effort in the game’s Western localization,” said Daniel Loehr (AKA Belsazar), Project Manager at Daum Games, “We are localizingapproximate 2.5 million words into English, German and French. Black Desert Online’s content and gameplay sytems will be adjusted to accommodateWestern players and our differentiating business model.”

Black Desert Online will be released in early 2016 and will not be free to play or use a subscription model. Instead players will buy the game once and can purchase vanity and convenience items.

Discord is a modern free voice & text chat app. It has text to speech feature and you can switch text channels freely without leaving the voice channel. It is currently still in beta stage so there may be some bugs or glitches but the developers are working hard to address these issues. However, we have been testing it for awhile and we have not encountered any bugs or glitches yet.

Discord runs on all browsers if you do not wish to download the desktop app. It supports all browsers, windows, mac os, ios and android. As of today, we have decided to use Discord as our main voice + text chat communication. Thus, you may not be able to find us on Raidcall or Telegram anymore. Discord has everything we want in one place. We will be ditching Raidcall and Telegram. It is not that they are bad programs. They are good but we prefer to have one app for everything we need. They will be used as backups instead if Discord is down. We encourage everyone to join us on Discord instead.
