Feel like getting the collector edition.. but not sure if it will be playable after all since Singapore is not listed as one of the region when u register

IIRC, there is no region lock and players from Singapore were able to play the first version.

Box Office Mojo reports that the New Regency production, which has Michael Fassbender attached to produce and star, is slated to open May 22, 2015. Michael Lesslie is scripting the adaptation of the Ubisoft video game franchise.
