More like recommended to learn other school NG now so that you can immediately start training cycles in the Meridians you chose when this function is unlocked. Also, another reason to learn other school's NG now is that other school's NG market price will skyrocket when Meridian is activated.

Lol definitely the Chinese server has nothing to do with the US server. Coincidentally they have the same maintenance.

VIP is VIP, allowed playtime is allowed playtime. Both are different things and does not affect one another.

They have updated their diplomacy, and have officially declared themselves as a PK guild, though they are probably allies with Versus, and enemies with Annihilation.

All influences drop the same flight books the last time I checked. Different influences drop different recipes/ different Jianghu skills.

Influences : Whirlwind Step, Jump Across the Cloud
Twilight Village: Step On High Ladder, Goose (Something something)
Green Cloud Castle: Move On Water

Influences can be easily soloed at lvl 30 or somewhere before it.

Just some info, the boost seems to be minimal and does not change the amount of TP per day.
Usually, doing a 25 round and then a 10 round daily at a sacred place would be enough, provided there is 10 people and no one misses. However, it's the same for places without bonuses (Common). However, these Sacred places are a great location to afk and cultivate skills. 

Most if the time all guilds have a fee troublemakers, even for a righteous guld. With evidence, the other guild would be able to understand that there is a troublemaker among their ranks.

After a quick read, it seems like marriage between player+player is now possible in the Taiwan server.

Lol Destructers. He was so bent on slamming Elite edition players by stating the V.I.P. status given during CBT 1 makes the Elite edition too overpowered and leaves Deluxe edition players at a disadvantage by giving it a name called upgraded V.I.P. Rubbish truck.

EDIT: LOL I read what he posted and pfffft omg only half of his "All level 36 gets bonus" theory is correct, and the part about chapter 2 being locked is correct. The rest are wrong. Either he doesn't know Chinese and has mistaken "3 内功 30 层 (3NG30)" for Chapter 3 (LOL), or he's just being a rubbish truck.
