There should be a prompt on your PS3 asking you to upgrade to 4.45 now. Whatever you do, don't accept it yet. Some PS3 owners report that the update is bricking their system, locking their consoles on the boot-up "ribbon" screen and a thread on Sony's official forums shows that the issue is far from isolated. Not everyone's console is affected but there are enough already that you won't want to take the risk.

To add on the bulk of us are legacy players which quit. Some of us went back to play during the last phase of v1.0 and gotten 1 of our classes to 50 so we'll probably be forming static parties to get another class to 50 so as to experience the next battle system and content

You're welcome. Yeah. Still early to decide on the servers. Yep, we have a group of level 50s as well. One of the major factors that we took into consideration on choosing Legacy server because they wish to play back their characters as well.

As mentioned in previous post, we will announce our server as we get closer to early access date. As for how many members from Einsof are playing, I can say we have a healthy number of old players (legacy players) as well as new players. The legacy players can probably guide the new players along. Also from our track records for major games, you can see that we have hundreds of players. But this time, we will try out things differently. We will limit our recruitment cap and gradually open recruitment again if we need to. Though, we will probably allow relatives/ friends/ friends of friends/ referrals of our Guild members to bypass this recruitment cap. One of the reasons being, we wish to keep the Guild closer knit together first and guide them along.

After weighing the pros and cons of new and legacy servers, we are leaning more towards to rolling on a legacy server. Factors such as original FFXIV 1.0 players who wish to play back their old characters have also been taken into consideration. What's known so far: Legacy characters cannot be played on the new servers but new players/ characters can play on legacy servers. As for which legacy server we will be rolling on to, it will be confirmed and revealed on a date nearer to the early access of FFXIV ARR.

So so so much better than Version 1.0!!!
