I've just downloaded it from the website, but I can't install it O_O  Every time I double click on the exe file, "error reading setup initialization file" pops up :S  The same thing even when I try to run it as administrator. Any suggestions?

What do you guys think?  Think we can implement some of the suggestions here?  Cus I do want to continue building this community even during the gaps between the betas

I suppose a fundamental question we should ask ourselves is this: are we going to be a guild that seriously aims to be the top guild?

True enough. When you put it that way, I see the merit in your point. One of the reasons why I love Einsof so much is because I felt like it was a really free guild, where we could do things together if we wanted to, but we could also reject if we didn't feel like it. I wasn't always scared that I might get kicked for not fulfilling some daily quota, and I really liked that. But the promotion system ........ is it really that useful? Wouldn't we also have to give reasons for members to want to get promoted? I'm open to any ideas here
