Greetings to all fellow guildies, as CBT1 draws to a close we should reflect on all that we have learnt/all that we haven't and try to work upon them to improve our guild.

As such I hope that this topic that i have started will be a platform for us to discuss what we have/have not learnt from CBT1 and set goals for the next CBT and beyond.

Feel free to give suggestions on how the guild can improve and what needs to be done for us to go stronger together as a team
