Yes you are correct, it will start at 24 Aug 9am (GMT+0), which is 24 Aug 5pm (GMT+8)

I don't think they "block" sg, it's just that the SE store only allows supported regions to purchase from them, in which Singapore is not~

I also can't get it, why don't they add Singapore into the list.

Oh dear, it appears I've pre-ordered from GMG without knowing that their codes are EU codes.
They don't want to refund me my money as it is against their refund policy.

I can't use the code because my 1.0 account is a collector's NA account, I only pre-ordered for the pre-order bonus, I'm such a sucker lol >.<

Does anyone want to buy a Standard Edition EU FFXIV code? Since I can't get back my money, I might as well try my luck to sell it to someone to wants it~
