1) Need for Speed: Most Wanted for PS Vita
2) Mirror's Edge for PS3
3) Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare for PS4

You may claim all the games on your psn account even if you do not own any one of the consoles. Offer is valid this weekend only. Specifically, from now until 9PM ET / 6PM PT Sunday, according to the official PlayStation Twitter account.
