IIRC, there is no region lock and players from Singapore were able to play the first version.

Yeah thanks! GMG do have the DD, saw it just now. But I'm still looking for the package. No luck though. If I can't find any, then DD via GMG will be my last option.

I saw a forum comment from one of the SE staff that they will distribute the sales to more retailers soon. Not sure how soon though. Maybe you can consider waiting for a few more days.

I know quite a number of us are gonna pre-order it. As for beta, phase 3 is in June. Have you applied for the beta yet? I think there is a high chance that people who applied for beta will get in phase 3 because they are preparing for the official launch in August.
