The Coil of Bahamut can be access by finishing the main story and by defeating Ifirit, Garuda and  Titan  hard mode. Once completed  pick up the  quest   Primal awakening . It is recommended that you also start  your relic reborn quest as soon as you  finish the main story  before  going after  the  primals! . Since the Relic quest will lead you to the coil of Bahamut anyway*   

For those who are ready  to venture into the Coil  , you'll have to meet  those requirements and gear requirements.
Here are the suggested  minimum gear requirements:

LV  80 weapon.  etc.  Relic , Relic+  HQ with a few added  material bonus to be on par. . Kill them fast  get them done. ( that's a LV 70 HQ weapon with  2-4 material attached)

LV 70 Dark light/Dark Steel. Armour  or higher. Your accessories should be  lv 60  or higher.

Accuracy Check for DPS  470. You miss a lot  , you might need to get you eyes check. Food can easily  help do this.

Read  up on  Cob ~ time is money and we  don't  have a lot of time in the  duty to figure out many things so everyone should look up the first two  turns.
