Hongli has talked to Cell in Thai regarding the continued pk and the latter said he will stop the KOS on Einsof members.

Please do not KOS Cell or InterGamer members. Kindly monitor if he holds true to his words.

he pk'ed me in cd near the repawn site (today at around 4.50pm) .
earlier i think he pk'ed another member.
