Nope, did not encounter any error during d/l, installation or character creation.

They have a support email address [email protected]. From the looks of it, they should have a fast response time.

got that error last night when i just created my account and tried logging in.

this morning tried logging again and it's ok, able to create character.

As of GMT+8 1239hrs on Thursday 15/11/2012, the CBT1 Character Creation is up and running again!

Character creation has been confirmed to be up and running. you can create a character but cannot enter the game yet as the main game servers are not up.

game servers estimated to start up at 0400 16th Nov 2012 GMT +8

51001 error. Password contains illegal characters.

Tried to change password then I realized there is no game account settings to change password. Forum account is forum account, different from game account. Game account is game account but there is no account settings for that to change your password or info. OMG! First time I play game in my entire life that such a basic account settings does not exist. >.>

I also got the same problem as you.
I simply use the forgot password option to change my password.
