Founded in 2011, we are a humble online store who aim to provide good deals and services to our customers. We started out by selling games and slowly expanded into other categories. Notably, we provided one of the cheapest deals for the Diablo 3 game in Singapore when some game shops sold the game at exorbitant prices (Up to S$109). Naturally, we had people who started to notice us and introduced us to their family and friends through word of mouth, etc. We had about a thousand of orders for the Diablo 3 game although we were pretty new and just a humble online store. It was overwhelming for us as we did not anticipate this awesome response. We did our best to give our customers the best price and service.

We received many positive comments from our customers. We are happy when our customers are happy. Inevitably, there were some customers who wanted the Collector’s Edition of Diablo 3. Unfortunately, we did not sell any of them and it was pretty much sold out everywhere. As mentioned before, we’d like provide good service to our customers, thus we went to source for the Collector’s Edition of Diablo 3. In the end, we managed to source for some but it was not much. It was better than nothing because at least we made some customers happy instead of none.

After the whole Diablo 3 event, more people got to know us and business started to pick up. We also had some customers who sent us special requests to help them source for items which were sold out or cannot be found locally. We did our utmost best to help each and every customer.

Business was all good until in late 2013 where we faced some issues with our suppliers. We believe in honesty, integrity and trust for our business. However, some things happened and we had to look for other suppliers. We did not have enough supply to meet demand and things start to go down from there, but we did not give up and never will. We still had our regular and long-term customers who continued to support us. We were really thankful and appreciative of that. Unfortunately, we had to put Einsof World as a side job and went to work part time (had to support family and survive in this ever rising costs of living in Singapore), while sourcing for new suppliers and brainstorm to better re-organize the management of Einsof World to provide better services and good deals to our customers.

In 2015, we decided to overhaul and remake a new and better website to provide better navigation and convenience for our customers. Good deals and services to our customers remain as our main objectives. We will do our best to price match items our customers manage to find cheaper elsewhere. However, if in any unfortunate event that we are not able to do a price match, we seek your kind understanding that it is not that we do not wish to do it, but it is because we cannot afford to. Most probably due to higher costs we got from our supplier. We understand that everyone wants the best deal, so in this unfortunate event that we are not able to do a price match, you may choose not to get from us and go for the better deal instead.

It may take days, months or even years to start seeing better results but we will never give up. Einsof World is our passion. Providing good deals and services to our customers are our objectives. Having our own brick and mortar store is our dream. We’d also like to take this opportunity to encourage all online stores, blog shops, startups, etc, especially new ones, to never give up! Starting is tough, progressing is tougher, but keep going and overcome the obstacles that come in your way! You will see the results of your hard work one day!
